The tech team members had done a really wonderful job in servicing the vehicle. The insurance department assisted me with a hassle-free insurance renewal procedure. Both of them were outstanding in all dimensions of customer delight !!

Thoroughly impressed with the tracking/follow-ups in terms of both pre and post-delivery aspects too.

Below are various aspects where I’m impressed.

1. The initial call with respect to suggesting a suitable model by understanding the budget and various constraints.

2. The arrangement of a True-Value agent for getting a great deal and exchange offer.

3. The time to deliver was less than a week.

4. Discussion with financial aspects went good.
