12 May 2023: Cleaning a flex machine head tube pipe can be done in a few simple steps: Remove the tube from the machine head: Depending on the type of machine you have, the tube may either twist off or require a wrench to remove it. Consult your machine's manual for specific instructions.

Remove any excess ink or residue: Wipe down the tube with a clean, damp cloth to remove any excess ink or residue. Be sure to get into all the crevices and corners of the tube.

Soak the tube in a cleaning solution: Fill a container with a cleaning solution, such as an ultrasonic cleaning solution or a mixture of warm water and mild detergent. Place the tube in the solution and let it soak for 10-15 minutes.

Clean the inside of the tube: 

Use a flexible pipe cleaner or a small brush to clean the inside of the tube. Be gentle and make sure to get into all the nooks and crannies.

Rinse the tube: Rinse the tube thoroughly with clean water to remove any remaining cleaning solution.

Dry the tube: Use a clean, dry cloth to dry the tube thoroughly. Make sure to get into all the crevices and corners of the tube.

Reassemble the machine: Once the tube is completely dry, reattach it to the machine head.
