The urad-filled deep-fried crispy kachoris are served along with flavor-packed panchporan ( 5 spice mix from Bengal ) alu sabzi, making this dish an absolute cracker!

In the recipe, I have used organic all-purpose flour (maida), but you can use a mix of both all-purpose flour and whole wheat flour. The recipe is adapted from my Urad Dal Kachori that I posted some months back. Kachori can be made and stored for a couple of days in the fridge. The most common is Moong Dal Kachori.
