 Qualification Details: Applications are invited from eligible individuals for filling up 1 (One) post of Superintendent (Training) in North Eastern Police Academy, Umsaw, Umiam, Ri-Bhoi District, Meghalaya, purely on an outsourcing basis for one year from the date of engagement or till attaining the age of 65 years or till regular incumbent joins, whichever is earlier.

4. Period/Age: One year from the date of engagement or till attaining the age of 65 years as of 30/10/2021 or till regular incumbent joins, whichever is earlier.

5. Qualification/ Experience: (a) Bachelor Degree from a recognized University; and;(b) having three years experience in administrative and training matters possessing knowledge of rules such as General Fi»ancial Rules, Delegation of Financial Power Rules, Fundamental Rules and Supplementary Rules, establishment and other administration rules; etc.

6. Nature of Duties: Duties and responsibilities of the post are to work in Training Section and maintain the file works/training schedule/maintaining records of trainees etc. He has to assist the Dy. Directors/ faculties in dealing with all matters and all administrative works assigned by the authority. Age:65 years as of 30/10/2021 Other Terms and Conditions::

1. Paid leave of absence may be allowed@ for 1.5 days for each completed month of service. Accumulation of leave beyond a calendar year may not be allowed.

2. The contractual appointee shall not be entitled to CGHS, Medical reimbursement, etc.

3. Medical facilities for the appointee and his wife including children will be provided in the NEPA hospital only. No referral facility will be extended to the appointee and his family members.

4. The contract appointment will not bestow on him any right for claiming regular appointment in the Academy.

5. The Academy reserves the right to cancel the entire selection, withoUt assigning any reasons and without incurring any liability thereof.
